Our staff, directors, instructors, and counselors have been part of Great Improvement for over six years. All staff members are fingerprinted and cleared by the State of Michigan after an in-depth interviewing process. Addition personnel is hired based on enthusiam, maturity and special talents they may offer as well as their ability to mentor and bond with our participants.
Currently we are in the process of implementing our professional development to enhance the camp philosophy and curriculum. With our undivided attention to each camper, our staff develops each child needs through an exciting camp experience.
